Gerald "Cupcake" Green Leads Mavs Boys of Summer to victory.

Gerald Green was having a rocky game Wednesday afternoon, until he turned into Batman, scoring 18 points. shooting 5 of 12.

Once again Charles "Chuckie" Rhodes was a solid player getting a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, oh yeah!

Rough game for Ronnie Seibutis who got to start again today, his line wasn't as impressive as Monday's game however, he finished with 2 points and 2 rebounds.

Quiet game yet again from James Singleton and Keith Mcleod the veterans that were offered roster spots Singleton getting just 8 points and 2 rebounds.

Mcleod's number not much better with 5 points, 2 assists, and 2 rebounds.

Reyshawn Terry was still pretty reliable coming off the bench with 7 points and a beastly 9 rebounds.

Shan Foster didn't have his best game with 6 points, 2 assists, and 2 rebounds but it was a nice contribution coming off the bench.

Aaron Miles came off the bench with 4 points, and 4 assists in 13 minutes of game play.

Richie Frahm proved he can shoot with 9 points, 2-3 from downtown and 2 rebounds... no assists however which is kind of a requirement for a point guard.

Pape Sow also looking better with 9 points, 6 rebounds.

The Jajuan Smith Saga continues, Jajuan came off the bench racking up 10 points on 2-5 shooting from downtown and 2 rebounds in 11 minutes.

Not too much of an impressive night for Reggie Williams and Derrick Low.

Williams playing just 4:50 and getting 2 pts and 1 reb.
Low once again didn't get on the score board shooting 0-2 with no assists and 1 steal in 7:18 minutes... perhaps they still have a chance to dazzle us if they can ever get anything more than garbage time.

Anyway the bottom line is, Mavs get it done again 93-71 and they have split their first 4 games of the summer 2-2.

Cupcake LMAO. I think at this point it fits.

I didn't realize Frahm had zero assists, or that he plays point. Looked like he was playing sg. He did appear to have very good fundamentals though both on offense and defense. He does not have a pg mentality though, and hes WAY too small to be a sg in the nba.

Shan Foster wasn't as good last night as the game before but there were some positive things too. He was almost always where he was supposed to be both on offense and defense and he runs the floor better than I thought. Shows that he learns quickly and does what the coaches ask.

Rhodes line last night was better than he looked out there. I didn't check box scores, and by watching the game, he appeared a little out of sorts at times and sometimes out of position. He does always give full effort though which is great.

I wonder again how the Mavs management could possibly have given roster spots to Singleton and Mcleod, probably the 2 worst players on the squad??

I ask myself how Singleton and Mcleod have already earned spots on the roster, and if that has given them a feeling as if they can relax and not perform... I'm also trying to figure out why they get more time then some of the rookies who are trying to earn a job, I've seen very little of Reggie Williams, Aaron Miles, and Derrick Low.
