Dirk and Kaman and Team Germany crush Cape Verde!

I guess it sounds mean when I put it that way.. good!
man I would love to this duo happen in Dallas!!!
Dirk only needed to bring 16 pts and 5 rebs to the table, and was able to sit out most of the second half, while Kaman had his usual double double 10 pts 10 rebounds.... hardly an explosion right?
wrong! Germany Hulk-Smashed Cape Verde 104-68... now that's not right!

Go Team Germany!

Might be getting closer to Dirk / Kaman for the Mavs. No telling what management is thinking, but Camby just went to the Clippers so they have 2 starting centers. Sounds like Kaman is available...

Keeping my fingers crossed on this one, this will be a huge lift for the Mavs.

How bout Bass and Stackhouse for Kaman? Mavs would get a very good center and the Clips would get a young pf to take Brands position and 2 years less contract money with Stack plus they could use a sf.

Ya, the mavs do need to mix it up a little. And Kaman/Camby seems very redundant. If they were going to keep Kaman, theres no point in getting Camby, they could have put in offer sheets on Josh Smith and Iguadala and the like.

I'd hate to lose Bass, but if it is to gain Kaman, then I'd definitely go for it.

Hugo, looks like you were on to something with Stack and Bass, but the offer is rumored to have gone in the direction of Sacramento for Ron Artest instead of L.A. for Kaman, please tell me an offer will be made for Kaman soon?!

I would hope so. But, maybe an offer has been made and the Clippers didn't go for it.

Trading Bass this summer would be a logical move by the mavs. His value is up and I don't see how he's going to get more than 15-20 min a game playing behind Dirk and the 2 centers. Bass could be a starting pf on a lot of teams and the mavs need help at other positions.

I can't imagine why the Kings would turn down that offer. I think they still overvalue what Artest is worth.

You and I both think Artest is over valued then, not to say that he would not a positive impact on our game here, but if we have to lose Josh Howard to get him we'll be back at square 1.
